There's a master suite with a 180*200 double bed, its own bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and two bedrooms with 160*200 double beds, each with its own shower room.

An independent toilet is also available.

The house is fully air-conditioned.

An air-conditioned wooden chalet, in the 6000m² wooded grounds, can accommodate two people with a 160*200 bed and bathroom/toilet.

A private access road leads directly to Palombaggia beach.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Private parking for 4 cars is available at the villa, as well as an electric recharging point.

Wifi and a TV with Netflix application are available.
