Our Villa : all comfort

With a surface area of 150m², this spacious character house with its singular and authentic charm offers absolute comfort for 8 people (maximum) and is composed of :

  • A large 42m² living room with fully-equipped open kitchen with sea view
  • A 300m² outdoor terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, shaded outdoor table and plancha grill
  • A master suite with 180*200 double bed, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
  • Two bedrooms with double beds (160*200), each with a nearby shower room.
  • A 2-person air-conditioned wooden chalet with a double bed (160*200), bathroom and toilet.
  • 6,000 m² of wooded grounds
  • A private access road leading directly to Palombaggia beach
  • A private parking for up to four cars, with electric recharging point
  • And all the necessary equipments : WiFi, TV, Netflix...

The BALCON villa is fully equipped with soft Mediterranean-toned furnishings, completely renewed in 2024.
