VILLA BALCON

This 130m2 private home is located on the Palombaggia road, 300 meters from the Tamaricciu beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the far south. Spacious and pleasant, the Villa features a large 42m² living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, with a full view of the sea, and opening onto a large 300m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a well-shaded outdoor table. An outdoor plancha is available on the terrace.

Villa Balcon is 4km from Les Bergeries de Palombaggia hotel.

There's a master suite with a 180*200 double bed, its own bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and two bedrooms with 160*200 double beds, each with its own shower room.

An independent toilet is also available.

The house is fully air-conditioned.

An air-conditioned wooden chalet, in the 6000m² wooded grounds, can accommodate two people with a 160*200 bed and bathroom/toilet.

A private access road leads directly to Palombaggia beach.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Private parking for 4 cars is available at the villa, as well as an electric recharging point.

Wifi and a TV with Netflix application are available.

Please note that the standard telephone network is not of very good quality.

Regarding the quality of the furniture renew in 2024, a deposit of 5000,00 €uros will be requested in pre-authorization, not cashed on the day of arrival on your credit card against inventory of fixtures.

The villa is fully furnished on arrival.

Our Housekeeping team comes once, in the middle of the stay to refresh the property.
